Welcome!

Welcome to the new and improved New Heights Community Church blog site. Those of you who have visited our blog in the past will find this site much more responsive and I hope easier to use. This blog site will also be the place to come to listen to the Sunday messages. As the weeks begin to pass the website and the blog site will begin to take more shape and form. It was just time to say goodbye to the old website. It served us well, but in the words of the immortal Saturday Night Live Flight Attendants, "Bye, Bye Now." See ya all soon in Summer School at New Heights! Remember "Summer School Rocks!"

Out with the old & in with the new. Isn't that what the Lord wants us to do not only in regards to Web sites, but in our daily life. And the new is really awesome...not only the Web site but the life of living for Jesus! Make it a great day! hugs..Cheryl

We have gone through so many changes and experienced so much growth, spirtually as well as physically in less than 1 year.
I am thrilled to be part of such a wonderful congregation and can hardy wait to see what the Lord has in store for us next!
I love all of you and it has been quite an adventure so far....

What a great summer this one has been. I just went around my neighborhood and dropped off about 100 New Heights postcards. These are the same ones that we used at our pavement day. All of the people that I ran into were very positive and friendly.

The things that I learned in the Walk Across the Room series helped me approach these people and the Lord gave me the right words when I spoke to them. I will be following up with some of these people to see if they are interested in attending New Heights some Sunday.

Keep them in your prayers.

Greg
